P5K Getting Fit!

In our Human Body topic, we will be learning all about how to keep our body and mind healthy! In PE this week, we started to explore this by completing circuits which focused on keeping our bodies healthy and active! Our circuits explored how we use different muscles in our bodies to complete different physical activities. It is important to take part in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, and P5K certainly worked hard to get enough exercise this week!
