What a busy week we had for Maths Week!
We were so proud of all our pupils as we took part in Maths Week Ireland with over 480,000 other children! We had lots of amazing entries in our Maths Mascot competition and the teachers had a hard task choosing just one Mathematician of the Week from their classes.
P4 - P7 pupils took enjoyed taking part in a TTRS 'Island of Ireland Rocks' competition and our school came 3rd out of the primary schools in a 50 mile radius. TTRS is one of the apps that we use to practise our Mulitplication facts to develop quick recall. This week lots of children made excellent progress in TTRS, but a huge well done has to go to all our MVPs (Most Valuable Players) for scoring the highest total points in their class during the tournament.
